Recall Alert: 2025 Mazda CX-90 and CX-70
Today we have a recall from Mazda, thanks to wonky instrumentation.
Mazda North American Operations is recalling 104,854 vehicles, including the 2024–2025 CX-90 and 2025 CX-70 mild hybrid electric vehicles, due to inaccurate fuel gauge readings that may cause the vehicle to stall if it runs out of fuel.
Dealers will update the body control module software at no cost. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed on November 1, 2025. Mazda customer service can be reached at 1-800-222-5500 (Option 6), and the recall number is 78251.
