Used Car Of The Day: 2015 Volkswagen Golf R
Today we bring you a 2015 Volkswagen Golf R.
This one has a lot of mods -- more than I can list here. It's a daily driver with around 87K miles on it and an automatic transmission.
Cosmetically, it has minor dings and wear and tear and some repaired hail damage/damage from a side-swipe.
It appears the car has been well-maintained and never tracked, though it has been autocrossed a couple of times.
You can find this one for sale in the Kansas City area for $21,750. Click here to see more and learn more about the car's mods.

Tim Healey grew up around the auto-parts business and has always had a love for cars — his parents joke his first word was “‘Vette”. Despite this, he wanted to pursue a career in sports writing but he ended up falling semi-accidentally into the automotive-journalism industry, first at Consumer Guide Automotive and later at Web2Carz.com. He also worked as an industry analyst at Mintel Group and freelanced for About.com, CarFax, Vehix.com, High Gear Media, Torque News, FutureCar.com, Cars.com, among others, and of course Vertical Scope sites such as AutoGuide.com, Off-Road.com, and HybridCars.com. He’s an urbanite and as such, doesn’t need a daily driver, but if he had one, it would be compact, sporty, and have a manual transmission.

- MaintenanceCosts One of the cleaner-looking 200+k mile cars I've seen. Still fills me with fear and loathing.
- MaintenanceCosts Looking forward to the ad-free Superb Owl.(Also some kind of football game which my hometown team is favored to win, despite having Joe Lunchpail as their quarterback.)
