QOTD: What Stellantis Models Will -- Or Should -- Get the SRT Treatment?

SRT is back. So, which Stellantis models will soon be sporting an SRT trim? Which ones should?

If you're asking me, I would be that Dodge Charger and Dodge Hornet will get the treatment. The Dodge Durango is around for 2026, at least, so it seems likely that one will be available with the SRT treatment.

I'd also bet on the Jeep Grand Cherokee and the Ram 1500 being available with SRT trims, and perhaps any smaller truck Ram launches in the near term to compete with the Ford Maverick.

And yeah, if Chrysler launches a sedan to replace the 300, you can bet there will be an SRT model.

That said, I don't expect craziness. There won't be a Pacifica SRT.

Your turn. What do you think?

Sound off below.

Tim Healey grew up around the auto-parts business and has always had a love for cars — his parents joke his first word was “‘Vette”. Despite this, he wanted to pursue a career in sports writing but he ended up falling semi-accidentally into the automotive-journalism industry, first at Consumer Guide Automotive and later at Web2Carz.com. He also worked as an industry analyst at Mintel Group and freelanced for About.com, CarFax, Vehix.com, High Gear Media, Torque News, FutureCar.com, Cars.com, among others, and of course Vertical Scope sites such as AutoGuide.com, Off-Road.com, and HybridCars.com. He’s an urbanite and as such, doesn’t need a daily driver, but if he had one, it would be compact, sporty, and have a manual transmission.
