The SmartDrive MX2+ by Permobil is a power-assist device designed to reduce shoulder pain and fatigue for manual wheelchair users.
This lightweight and portable device easily attaches to the back of a wheelchair and is controlled via SwitchControl or the PushTracker wearable. Once activated, SmartDrive smoothly builds momentum, allowing users to reach their preferred speed with ease. A tap on the rim locks in the speed, while a double tap turns off the motor.
