2027 Ram 1500 SRT TRX -- Back With A Vengeance
Ram rang in the New Year with some news -- there will be a 2027 Ram 1500 SRT TRX. Oh, and a 2027 Ram Power Wagon diesel, too.
Let's start with the TRX. This one will draw 777 horsepower and 680 lb-ft of torque from a 6.2-liter supercharged Hemi V8. Ram claims this is the most powerful street-legal truck ever. Ram also claims a 0-60 sprint of 3.5 seconds and a top speed of 118 miles per hour. Power gets routed to the wheels via an eight-speed automatic transmission. As you would expect, the TRX is full-time four-wheel drive. Launch control is available.
The transmission has a floor-mounted shifter and steering-wheel mounted shift paddles.
A Bloodshot Night edition will mark the launch of the new TRX with a red and black paint job, plus special badging and carbon fiber interior trim. All TRXs will have unique badging that let your fellow motorists know exactly which truck you're driving.

The truck will ride on Bilstein Black Hawk e2 adaptive shocks and offer Ram Active Terrain Dynamics. Ram says it will have up to 14 inches of suspension travel. The front suspension is independent with forged aluminum upper and lower control arms.
Tires are 35 inches, and out back sits a Dana 60 rear axle and electronic limited-slip differential. The rear suspension is a five-link coil system. Ground clearance for the TRX is 11.8 inches. Drivers have a choice of 18 inches wheels.
There is LED lighting at both ends, and the truck has a functional hood scoop, dual-exhaust tips, tow hooks, and steel bumpers.
Ram has equipped the TRX with a true dual exhaust.
Drivers can choose either running boards or a rock rail. Various bedside and hood graphics are available.
Limited hands-free driving is on offer, along with a 14.5-inch infotainment screen and a 12.3-inch gauge screen, a head-up display, leather seats, heated seats, cooled seats, massaging seats, dual wireless-charging pads, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, a 360-degree camera, and a 19-speaker Harman Kardon audio system.
The headliner and visors are fully suede and there is red stitching inside.
Other available features include adaptive cruise control, drowsy-driver detection, lane-keep assist, and traffic-sign recognition.
Drive modes include auto, tow, mud/sand, rock, snow, sport, Baja, custom, and valet.
Ram is pricing the truck at $99,995 plus $2,595 in destination. It will go on sale in the second half of this year.

Meanwhile, Ram is also offering a 2027 Ram Power Wagon with a diesel engine. This one is a 6.7-liter Cummins turbodiesel that pumps out 1,075 lb-ft of torque.
Available features on this one include front and rear electronic-locking differentials, Bilstein shocks, hill-descent control, underbody protection, rock rails, and a disconnecting front stabilizer bar. An automatic leveling rear suspension is available, as is fifth-wheel preparation.
The rear-axle ratio is 3.42 and the transmission is an eight-speed automatic. A 31-gallon fuel tank will help this truck achieve over 600 miles of bladder-busting range.
Like the TRX, the Power Wagon gets unique badging. It goes on sale in the second half of the year, with a starting price of $88,470. That includes destination.

Too massive like every other modern truck.
this is all that will come of the cafe changes. over the next 3 years (until the fine gets put back on by the next admin) youll see some greatest hits v8 monstrosities be brought back (for a lot more money). then it will be back to crossover hybrid 1.2 turbo normal programming.
