Will Toyota be able to successfully use data to change the charging behavior of EV owners?

Or is this just a stalled venture? Or perhaps worse, a blatant privacy violation?

Personally, if I owned an EV, I'd probably be more apt to charge when I needed it then when it was best for the environment, but I'd certainly at least try to charge at times that reduced environmental harm.

But that's just me.

If you cant convince people who failed biology to take a life saving vaccine to limit the effects of covid .. this will not work either

  Reminder: The COVID vaccines did exactly what they were supposed to, with side effects that have turned out to be astonishingly minimal after more than a billion real-world doses actually administered. We would have saved hundreds of thousands of American lives if uptake had been near universal.
  The vaccine offers some protection against infection, but much, much stronger protection against critical illness resulting from infection. See slide 23:

  This is simply a lie. We were told the virus would stop with every vaccinated person. That was a lie. Side effect data was hidden from the public.
  
  Masks were completely ineffective. Quarantines were completely ineffective. Keeping children home from school was completely ineffective. Everything the government told us/did to us was based on a lie. Fauci the elf should rot in prison for what he did.

  This is modified reality. Even calling these substances "vaccines" already misrepresentation.
  
  Another modified reality is that COVID-19 was some sort of accident. In reality, it was a bio-weapon and we were attacked. I will not be surprised if we find one day that virus was released on command. But the fact is, the Pentagon experimented with these for a long time.
  
  On a personal level - 2 co-workers died after taking fake medications. I personally did not take it and had Covid once. While people around me, took it, and just had their third covid. I was in close contact with them, they all got sick from each other but I was the only one with no issues.
  
  Few other facts:
  US gov is a criminal organization under Nuremberg articles, after what was done with C19
  everyone who took this signed his life away under experimental medication trial
  Moderna had never produced anything prior to this
  BionTech also has not produced anything that non-mRna
  CDC had to change definition of "vaccine" where it removed word "immunity" and replaced it with word "protection", to make it possible to get authorization. Which by definition disqualifies these substances as vaccines.
  Countries that have not done anything about Covid, like Sweden and Belarus, had same or better results as those with lock-downs and whatever measures.
  Countries that "vaccinated" most had most mortalities.
