Question of the Day: General Motors or Ford?
General Motors announced last week that its military vehicle division, GM Defense, is working with U.S. government to develop the newest version of its tactical truck. This isn’t a big surprise, GM created a whole division to meet the military’s mobility needs.
However, Ford has decided it wants in on the business of developing 600 new tactical trucks. According to the Wall Street Journal, the Blue Oval gang plans to submit three prototypes for the U.S. Department of War to review.
Ford isn’t exactly a newbie when it comes to defense contracts, holding a critical place in the history of World War II building B-2 Bombers at its plant in Ypsilanti as well as creating the original Jeep used for decades.
However, it’s a new time and a new era and feelings run strong about each member of the former Big Three. Each automaker has its pluses and minuses so when it comes to creating a vehicle for our country’s soldiers, who do you want to see building that vehicle: GM or Ford?

- KwikShiftPro4X On Kijiji this would be $3000 as-is, where-is. Vintage! Rare! I knows whats I got!
- SCE to AUX KBB says that the ATP of new vehicles was $50,526 in September. As a group, buyers afforded that much, but we know that some (up to 6%) will default. Deducting 6% from that ATP, we get $47,494.So anything lower than that is 'more affordable', and anything higher than that is 'less affordable'.

- YaMoBeThere This is an egregiously bad AI generated article, the middle of the article is repeated twice... but yea go ahead and nitpick about my comment pointing that out

I would recommend trustwavecyberdefense to anyone who needs this service. I decided to invest in crypto and lost my crypto to an investor late last year. The guy who was supposed to handle my account was a scammer the whole time. I invested $56,000 and at first my results and profit margins looked good. I started to worry when I couldn't withdraw my money and realized I had been scammed. I came across some reviews about trustwavecyberdefense and how he helped people recover their funds. I immediately contacted him via email: trustwave.cyberdefense @ gmail com to get his help. A week after starting the recovery process, the funds were found and recovered from the scammer. I am extremely grateful to him for his professionalism.
So comrade “ flexing “ gues you haven’t heard the huge amount of gm trucks with the 6.2….and the 5.3 that are failing and one of gms “‘remedies “ is to use a 5-30 oil ( which is not working at all.The trucks made by gm are mediocre at best .We used to use them but they can’t do real truck work .Wr got Fords and our down time dropped dramatically. No more “ gm mark of excellence “ for my company .
