Toyota FJs are popular in this segment, and it's easy to see why. Today we are bringing you one that is off-road oriented -- even more so than a basic FJ. This 2014 Toyota FJ Cruiser Trail Teams Ultimate Edition will let you row your own and has relatively low mileage.

This one has a six-speed manual and only a bit over 72K miles on it. It's garage kept and one of only 2,500 in this trim -- just one of 250 with a manual.

The seller just performed some major maintenance on this rig and it's got more modifications than I can list here.

Still, I will try. The mods include a lift kit, roof rack, off-road bumpers, beadlock wheels, onboard compressor, off-road tires, and much more.

Other mods include upgraded audio, dash cam, navigation, and wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.

If you want to see the full list of mods on this Oregon-based rig, click here.

The asking price is $47,500.

Tim Healey grew up around the auto-parts business and has always had a love for cars — his parents joke his first word was “‘Vette”. Despite this, he wanted to pursue a career in sports writing but he ended up falling semi-accidentally into the automotive-journalism industry, first at Consumer Guide Automotive and later at Web2Carz.com. He also worked as an industry analyst at Mintel Group and freelanced for About.com, CarFax, Vehix.com, High Gear Media, Torque News, FutureCar.com, Cars.com, among others, and of course Vertical Scope sites such as AutoGuide.com, Off-Road.com, and HybridCars.com. He’s an urbanite and as such, doesn’t need a daily driver, but if he had one, it would be compact, sporty, and have a manual transmission.

  • Fred My brother has a big compressor that trips his breakers often. It can power tools and sprayers. I have a smaller one that basically blows air and inflates tires.
  • Bd2 did they have to try so hard to style it like the supra?
  • Tassos Dodge embracing the freedom to choose your own energy source is exactly what America needs in 2024.
  • Funky D I've retrofitted both of my current rides with a CarPlay capable head unit. It's nice to be able to play tunes from my phone (with contains all 72 GB of my music library), stream from the Sirius XM or one of the radio apps, all while using the Apple Maps to avoid serious traffic backups. If you are going to have online connectivity, I'd rather it go through a company that is not trying to harvest your data so it can sell to the highest bidder.
  • Zerofoo If you like gin - James Gin Asian Parsnip, Navy Strength is quite good.
